Terms of service

Invite provides digital invitation templates and custom design services, link-based publishing, guest management, and RSVP tools. Available features depend on the selected product.

Prices, currency, and included content are shown before payment. A purchase is confirmed when the payment provider authorizes it. Editing access or a code is delivered on screen and/or by email according to the available flow.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing names, dates, locations, photographs, and other content before publishing. Templates allow the indicated fields to be edited, while visual composition may remain limited to protect the design.

The service must be used for lawful events and content. You may not publish material that violates third-party rights, privacy, intellectual property, or security, or attempt to access another person's account, link, or administrative area.

Because this is a personalized digital product, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status and work already completed. If Invite makes an error or fails to deliver purchased access, email hola@invitedo.com so we can investigate and offer a correction, redelivery, or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, provider failures, or events outside our control may occur. Where reasonable, we will try to restore access or provide an alternative.

Invite and its suppliers retain rights in the platform, templates, and proprietary elements. A purchase grants a limited right to use the purchased invitation; it does not authorize resale, copying, or distribution of templates as standalone products. You retain applicable rights in content you provide.

To the extent permitted by law, Invite is not responsible for incorrect user-provided content, misuse of shared links, or external services. Any limitation applies subject to mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version will be published here. For purchase questions, include the email used and available reference, but never send card details.
